Integra Prototype will make its world debut next week in Los Angeles Acura.com/Integra on Thursday, November 11, at 8:35 pm ET / 5:35 pm PT. cool story brah. should be decent...i mean a revised civic that it prob is lol but at least it's manual and hopefully retuned susp. total speculation here...A-spec comes out 2yrs post base teg launch next year. then another 1-2 years we maybe see the integra type-ARGH (of which by default i WILL have to purchase a CW coloured one to match my '98 R lol)
did someone pull the drawings of the accord crosstour out from the recycle bin? it's pretty fugly.
but hey, the civic is starting to look pretty good parked next to this new integra

lulz. i just close my eyes and ears at times.
no, it's basically a new chassis civic 5dr with minor tweaks, Si motor in this base version and 'better' interior than the honda...same as the old 'teg ideals were.
as turd ferguson as this new one looks, remeber it's not a 'remake' of the original or throwback or anything. it's a next-next gen iteration of the car, like anything built today is totally different than back then. not many brands making a fun to drive, 6spd, fwd with diff 'sporty' car. and it has to be a 4/5dr, NOBODY buys 2dr's anymore. everyone bitches for it but zero ppl buy them lmao. i do wish they redesign it closer to online prototypes i've seen, some of those look awesome (but again, they don't work with the engineers who have to build it lol).
i'm hoping the type-s and (if they make) type-R version will be better, if that's even possibly lol. i DO think they screwed up using the integra name on this car, should have just been a 'new; ILX or some other iteration. let the 'teg name RIP as we remember it...or have made a new car with closer ideals to the old version.
and yeah seeing some of the new bimmers and subies, and a few other cars on the road...designers needs to be shot. nissan and mazda snorefest, some new infinitys i hope will be decent. i find most of the honda/acura lineup is decent today, aside from a few snoozers. ironically Genesis catches my eye the most on the road today more than most makes when i see their newest cars, wow. (but i find they steal design cues from aston, jag and porsche lol)

^thats not saying much. Hello trash 1.5L turbo!!!
Always good to have more EV competition, but until all the legacy manufacturers figure out a proper charging network it’s all meaningless.
true! i haven't heard anything on their plans, curious to see wth they do lol.

Nice
February 3, 2022 — Toronto, ON. Acura Canada and Make-A-Wish® Canada announced today that a recent online private auction of a 2022 Acura NSX Type S has led to a donation of $306,364.90, the largest, one-time, single donation the organization has received from a living donor.
The auction winners, Luc Girard and Geneviève Hardy were aware the proceeds were destined for Make-A-Wish Canada, a long-time partner of the Honda Canada Foundation. Knowing the wonderful work and impact Make-A-Wish has on children with critical illnesses, they did not hesitate to do their part by making this record setting donation.
“Having young children of our own, we can see that wishes can help grow, flourish and create hope. We are happy to be able to help many children have their wishes come true,” says Ms. Hardy.
“The strength of our partners gives way to unique moments like this one,” said Lyanne Goulin, Interim CEO, Make-A-Wish Canada. “We are so grateful to Mr. Girard and Ms. Hardy for this transformative gift that will have a direct and immediate impact on our mission. As a result of COVID-19, thousands of wishes are now waiting and donations like this help to make sure that when safer times occur, no child must wait for their already delayed wish."
The Auction The donation plan took root in 2021 when members of the Acura Canada team decided to auction a 2022 NSX Type S – the company’s limited-edition supercar. The goal was to offer a Canadian automotive enthusiast a chance at the exclusive VIN 001, 1 of just 15, NSX Type S supercars available in Canada. All proceeds of the auction would be given to Make-A-Wish Canada for their role in granting the wishes of children and making their dreams come true.
“When we came up with the idea to auction off one of our most exclusive supercars ever, we really had no idea what to expect,” said James Marchand, Assistant Vice President, Acura Canada. “It soon became clear that someone was going to do something truly amazing, and we were ecstatic and floored by the result. In a matter of hours, over $300,000 had been raised to help bring smiles to children’s faces as their wishes come true. We want to thank Luc and Genevieve for their extremely generous donation, and we know they will love their new NSX.”

Good on them! Guess they can turn around and flip it on BAT and get most of that back, tax claim and money back to them
