Weighed in today since I didn't hop on the scale first thing yesterday morning.
Weight: 189.8 Height: 5'10 Waist: (around belly button): 37 inches Chest: 41 inches Bicep: 14 inches
Kind of pissed off that I've let my weight get up this high. Had gotten down from 215 to 172-175 a couple of years ago and stayed there until this summer. Have gotten off track with diet and exercise during my wife's pregnancy, which isn't really an excuse.
Goal: would really like to get down to 165 lbs
Also, I've been doing Starting Strength for about a month. My squats are currently 190 lbs for 3x5 and bench is 150 for 3x5. I'm not tapped out yet at those weights, but am approaching that point. I want to get the squat up to 250 and bench to 210 while weighing in at 165. I would be really happy with that. I've never been a big lifter.
Pic below. I took a shirtless pic and may post it later if I make good progress.

Over 30 club here
Height: 5'7" Weight: 163 as of this morning Waist: 32" Chest: 42" Arms: 16"
Did the bod pod thing a few weeks ago and i think it lied to me. Didn't know you were suppose to fast before doing it so i think i threw it off by drinking too much water. Said i was at 20.7% body fat. Will get another one this week.
Goals are unknown at this time lol. Maybe a 6 pack? Bigger arms?

I'm in. From June to now, I'm up about 20lbs due mostly to my medication changes I've weaned myself off of everything as of December 29(was having to take Tramadol, Flexiril or Valium, and and some other new steroid Nabumetone twice daily or more during this time for a flare up with my spine issues) and all the water weight is dropping pretty quickly. I've been really bloated, but still in 95% of my same clothes.
29 years old 5'9" Jan 2 - 187lbs
first was about 2 weeks ago, second was at my lowest, which was about 165, back in May (for reference, I started my weightloss at just over 265)- a little puffy from all the water retention, but not much change sizewise.
I like Monday weigh-ins - it's always kept me accountable through the weekend - so I set my starting weight on Monday the 2.

Meh, you still look good.
I'm only looking to lose 15 or so. My real goal is to lose my belly before my 40th birthday in May.
I took a "before" pic today (will post later) and I'll probably do a separate thread.
I just need the commitment/motivation of showing you fucks a pic of me shirtless.
Oh yeah--39 years old, 5'11", 205 lbs.

ok, so i did the bod pod again. needless to say i'm not so happy! lol, weighed in at 163 and body fat was at 21%. So i now have a goal of 12%. I'm fit, for what i think is fit, but 21% is a no go. So time to up the cardio and lose at least 13lbs.

Here's my "before" pic
This pic really woke me up about how big my belly got.
As stated earlier, 5'11", 205lbs. No clue on bodyfat, not really concerned about measurements.
I'm doing a separate thread for my personal fitness BS, though...

Can i still get in on this...
I have pic from Jan 1, and stats... won't post pic til end cause it's pretty embarrassing...
Age: 35 Height: 74" Weight: 243.6 lbs BF%: (measured on a scale with those pads, prolly not reliable but it'll show changes) 30% Belly button: 42" Chest: 44" Arms: 16"
Goal for 3/30/12: 210lbs @ < 18% BF
Will update that goal in March...

Being home for the holidays, I've tried to stick to my whole foods lifestyle as much as possible. Unfortunately, damn near every relative I visited still eats southern fried style.
Tomorrow I will be back home where I can cook for myself and exercise daily.
