Little motivation. Years of lifting, all kinds of different sizes. You work around life but, think of lifting and exercise as "long haul" and you'll always make your goals.

Is next week weigh-in day? I lost 3.25 lbs. since last week (201.75 now), so it's working.
Meanwhile, I keep forgetting to find a tape to do measurements.

I didn't gain as much weight as I thought I would on vacation. I left at 212, weighed in on Jan 1. at 220. Today, 218.
More than I should have gained though.

Added the rest of you guys to the list.
Guess I will be starting this week. Wife has been down with the flu and I've been running after the 3 kids by myself. You'd think that would have burned off some fat...only losing hair from it.

Good god man! Did you eat everything in sight!
I was gone on vacation for two weeks and came back 2 lbs heavier but a couple days later, I was actually 1lb lighter than prior to the vacation. Weird.
I ate way more than I should have I felt, to the point that I felt sick sometimes (Example...on day, within 30 minutes, I had a steak/onion sandwich, followed by a crepe dessert, followed by this super rich eggnog type hot drink, followed by a 1.5 ft hot dog). I did do quite a bit of walking around though so I'm sure that helped.

Actually I did really good on my food selections. Unfortunately, when hanging out with old high school buddies and childhood friends, it was beer and vodka. When I visited my relatives, I had to eat at least a sample of everything that was cooked. I stayed away from the sweets and cooked for myself every chance I got. Plus my parents have a treadmill in the basement so I walked about 30 minutes every morning.
I did go to my 2 favorite local eateries though. It was sooooo good.

Been hitting the gym all week and feel great, sitting @ 229 lbs or 104.5 KG. I have been using myfirtnesspal all week to track my food intake and work out. Still 40lbs to go till I reach goal weight.

To add an exclamation point to my goals, 2 coworkers and I have entered in to an agreement. Using myfitnesspal, we have to pay both of the other contestants $0.10 per calorie over our given limits.
We agreed to start Tuesday with Superbowl Sunday being exempt.

My lapband surgery date is confirmed. I will be having the surgery on Feb. 17th, meaning I'll be starting my pre-op diet next week (have to hit the grocery first). I'll get some pics posted as soon as I can.

...and massively caloric.
I've been pretty good about resisting temptation, excessive snacking and portion size.
I'll see how it pays off on Monday's weigh-in. Week two of biggest loser is always rough

hows everyone doing on food? Eating this while I troll. Goal is to hit 200lbs or under by next friday. everything was homemade, even the dressing. avocado, cilantro, lime, black pepper
That looks freaking delicious but if you didn't say you're trying to be 200lbs or under, I would have guessed you are actually trying to gain weight/bulk up. That looks very high in calories.

Avocado dressing over avocado?
It tasted more like a cilantro dressing than it did an avocado dressing to be honest, I hate avocado's but I've been eating them for the omega3's and fat content. I'm upset I'm starting to like them
@VAL:
I'm trying to drop down to my ultimate goal weight of 180, I am putting on a lot of lean mass, but I still have about 50-60lbs of fat mass to lose, love handles and man tits and a little bit of thigh meat. I'm trying to eat as healthy and as close to 1700 calories as possible so I can drop while still gaining muscle mass. I've dropped 8lbs so far in 2 weeks and have been pr'ing on my lifts so all is going to plan. (fyi salad was roughly about 450 cals)
