I weighed in this morning at 185.25. Goal is 185.0 (for now). Did a lot of riding in the past week to get that to happen.

Funny to see how most of the enthusiasm (and the vast majority of the players) in this thread has vanished.

I'm still doing the work, just haven't been on this forum as much and haven't been doing the updates. My weights have been going up every so slowly, except for chest...fucking chest.

...and there's my goal. 185.0 this morning.

I haven't weighed 185 since around 1997.

I think there's something to cheat weekends. I went to Cape Cod 2 weeks ago and ate like a pig/drank like a fish. Gained 3.5lbs over 4 days. Dropped 2 lbs of it during the following week.

Went to CT last Sunday (Labor Day weekend) and ate a ton again. This morning, I was at 184.5--my lightest yet.

Mind you, I'm being very responsible diet-wise during the week. Oddly enough, I haven't done any cardio since a long MTB ride on Saturday.

some motivation if anyone is slowing down... buddy of mine just started to cut and get into working out and he's in the believe everything everyone tells me, takes all the sups he can buy. now into that coaching with half handed experience stage haha. Anyway

before

during (not going to say after anymore because he's working on it still)

I've been trying to inhale everything in my path since I'm not shooting for a set weight goal, going to dedicate myself to IF until I'm 10%. Starting at 198 pictured below.

and yes I took this to tease my buddy. Chest is finally starting to fill out, been doing bench 3 times a week. mixing a lot of stuff up, and also working on getting to tom hardy's level in the trap game!

Yes, I can.

I don't think I ever even posted a picture 6 years ago though. I've also posted recent pictures.

Here's a few weeks ago, drinking beer, no flex, no pump, no funny angles.

Do you really think that I've "lost it" or something? C'mon, you don't want to play this game.

It's just you talk to everyone here like you're walking around at 4 percent bf dude. I know you're 6'4" and already have a genetic advantage of carrying more weight better than us normal folk. I've dropped weight plenty of times before. I've just never dedicated and applied myself to be on a joeyballs type of level. I got hydrodipped again today to measure progress after 6 months and to see where i'm syarting on my cut.

No overglorified threads claiming this or that in 6 moths. Just going to apply myself in the gym and the kitchen. I've gained 6 lbs of lean mass and 1-2lbs of fat mass. Bf is 20.6% up from 20.2% in feb when I finished my first cut. Due to be dipped again around the end of november.

With the amount of alcohol you consume (pretty sure at one point you were thinking rehab or some shit) and you're not a fat bastard? please tell me more about your strict eating habits.

Yes well coming from the guy who has the lifts of a high school kid I find that the least bit offensive. How's that 6 pack you've been working on for a few years coming along?

Robby, he went to a dr. they cut all of the skin and sewed it into the baby cauliflour you see in the newer pic.

Thanks Fireinthehole, I'm not trying to brag about anything and again the picture was taken as a joke. And I don't have any kind of pump either that's static after waking up from a nap. Pump would've had veins everywhere! I'll hit my goal come february and I'll take plain jain no flex standing front back dick included pictures for OB1 and ART.

Just think it's funny when the residual bad asses of the board need to chop everyone who is "putting in work" down.

This is my favorite right here, someone who was fat so quick to put down other people now that there on the other side of the spectrum. LOL!!!

Your bench is good, I don't bench so I'm not close to that so I can't say shit to you there.

Squat is good, should be heavier but you obviously spend most of your time benching. And I can see Cory's ab's and I can see your "core" but abs, nah playa don't see those.

I'm not going to start talking about dicks because I'm not 5.

@Chris take the number and multiply it by 2.2 or simply put

I picked up and put a 20lb lighter OB1 over my head in the squat position and then stood up with him overhead. for the 60kg snatch, just missed his body weight.

and I deadlifted 352lbs touch and go for 2 reps for sets.

my backsquat triple is 300lbs and my box squat single is 356lbs yes I'm not 6 percent body fat like OB1 either.

as far as my fat ass running I walk, there is nothing scientifically proven that running is any better for you than walking. I can run a mile in a hair over 9 minutes last I tried fastest mile was 7:22sometime back in january.

http://www.livestrong.com/article/522376...lories-walking/

here is my walking workout post weight lifting today... I also go on hikes 2-3 times a week which you can also see in the history on the second link.

I don't go sprouting off bullshit randomly like I'm some changed man or expert like you guys do. I just chime in every now and then when I deem it helpful only to be shot down by you fitness experts which is hilarious.

I'm done shitting on this thread, you have anything else you need to add you can pm me ob1 or art since you guys have nothing better to do than de-rail threads with bullshit.

Fuck running and the running elitists that think it's the only way to burn fat... I dropped 50+ pounds and all my cardio was walking...

And I didn't make posts how my knees hurt or I had shin splints etc...

bitch tits are starting to fill out. getting measured again in december so shooting for another cut. Maybe try zone out for two months, I want to keep my weight around 185-190 if possible while dropping fat percentage so protein is going to be pretty high.

I might as well put my 2012 summary up:

Before (1/5/12) 205lbs

After (12/12/12) 187lbs

Got down as low as 183 and I'm sitting around 190 now, post-holiday fuckfest. I'm going to bust balls and bring it back down to 185 ASAP now that the dinners and parties are over.

I biked 2307 miles, started running again and did a bunch of other stuff. Pretty stoked. \:\)
