I just came home from shopping and the wasps/asians are fucking kill the Canada Goose thing with the quickness. It's awesome to just sit back and laugh as they are oblivious at how retarded they look. Not to sound like a snob, but when you have so many turds with the same jacket, I'd be embarrassed to be seen in that.

I guess the GC Asians = CG Asians

I could get a custom suit made for that........

Are you a Hugo boss noob?

LMAO so true.

hes probably hasnt shopped or had to buy a good suit. You dont need them when working at kfc all your life ;\) \:D

He actually has a point, you can get a Hugo Boss suit all IN for the price of that blazer. Their suits generally start at $800 at most reputable stores, all in all 1k for a blazer is absurd (even at harry rosen)

Ruptable store? What suit are you looking at? One that's been on the rack for the past 3yrs+? Sure $1k is retarded for a blazer, but it isn't out of line in terms of price for Boss. The only time you can find deals is at an outlet store or some super old shit.

The lemmings of CG is the bomber Chilliwhack. I do see too many though...stupid asians whoring the shit up!!!

Mondo Uomo, Per Lui, etc they all have the latest Boss suits, and sure you can get suits starting at 2k+, but there are plenty of modern boss suits that are around the 1k mark. Just because they the suit is 4k at rosen, doesn't mean everyone else is asking the same retarded markup. You have to understand that Harry Rosen is for guys with accounts that have had all their measurements taken and they don't even need to step a foot in the store, the markups on their prices reflect that. It's for the guys that call in and request 5 different business casual outfits needed in 3 days. Their personal shopper doesn't need shit from them. They put together the outfits, charge the account and deliver to buddy's office or house via taxi. Their personal salesperson keeps 7% of that 10k and evyerone is happy, but for peasants to go there and buy blazers, lol come on guys. Go somewhere else.

I'm in Toronto now, and I this jacket trend hasn't caught on out west. When I saw people running around wearing these things, with the patches on the sleeves, I thought they were security guards, LOL!

I like the stories about the knock-offs from China that are filled with human hair and rat fur instead of down.

^ That's badass! I was looking at a similar one on ebay for $100, same style but not as thick.

Did you get it for 285? I'd be interested in that but sub 200. $300 you might as well fork out the cash for a north face jacket.

That's nice! If I'm tooling around in a British roadster, I may have to get something stylin' like that ;\)

(really, it's nice)

And I'm not kidding about the rat/human hair stuffing in those fake jackets...

Ha, I see those CG's everywhere. I have an old school bubble jacket that makes me look like a major thug but it keeps me toasty warm on those frigid days.

i was considering ordering it for 285, but i randomly saw it and got it at nordstroms for $150 \:\) My only two complaints is i wish the sleeves were little longer since i have longer arms and the wool isn't as soft as my banana republic one it has a rougher feel to it, but it looks like quality built to last for a number of years.

i also picked up uggs for $100 comfy

Mooseknuckles, Parajumpers and Mackage are next. All brands have similar style to the CG Chiliquack plague. I think they are similar in price as well.

I saw them out at Holt Renfrew last year. They didn't have the gay brass knuckle things on them. It was more low key then CG. In terms of price point, these jackets make Canada Goose seem like a bargain.

All these overpriced jackets are so overkill. Id rather be a little cold outdoors than sweat like a pig once you inside somewhere. I dont walk outside too often to warrant that shit. Thank god I didnt pay a dime for mine.

Was at Sporting Life yesterday. Actually some good deals (almost bought a North Face down jacket for $199, but then cheaped out).

SO many people were trying on and buying CG jackets. I didn't even check what the sales were on those jackets...I just stood there, watched, and thought of this thread. \:D

Thanks cap'n ... It's easy to tell fashion when Harry Rosen had a fucking HUGE sign stating 'statement shirts' will be the next fad

Canada Goose is becoming a Louis Vutton trend with the bags and wallet. Its a combo and rip off. Only thing I would say it decent about Canada Goose, is the Vests..decent priced. May, plan to buy one.. Carry on..

CG Vests are on the way to getting played. I was at vaughn mills yesterday and I saw as many vests as chiliwack jackets.

I was in the market for a vest so I bought a played out North Face Nuptse vest at si vous play for 120 instead of getting a CG one.
