Coz Coz Post Master Supreme Registered: 08/20/00 Posts: 17023	yeah, i was playing around with the editing. trying something new. i saw a post on another forum that had a similar editing style done to it and i really liked it. of course his shot was in southern california in late afternoon, and mine.... was not i have a normal edited version as well. i also have a full side profile shot, but didn't like it as much as i did this one.

Rather than fixing it in-camera, I'd rather boost the contrast to get the whites back in PS (on a separate layer from the bird, so you can also slightly tone down the natural blue shadows on the snow without discoloring her). Just my opinion though, so take it with a block of salt. _________________________ Still pissy after all these years...

Horses must have incredible peripheral vision. The original sucked. I opened it in Corel Paint Shop Pro X2, cropped it and then let it decide what to do as far as editing goes. I'm slowly learning...
