Day 2 of the B&W photo challenge for me

I got a few nasty snarls, some nasty staring going on, and three semi bull charges. Didn't know until I got home that this was in fact a bull. Apparently the horns were sanded down.

Well shoot, I want to counter with a somewhat similar but an hour earlier in the day landscape shot

This is June Lake, towards the end of September I believe. Love the Eastern Sierra's....man oh man, between that and Utah, it'd be a tough choice for me. In laws were fishing, wife was sleeping a headache away,so I took off down a random dirt road in my truck. What a good time.

This is why I love Utah.. So much diversity within 4 or so hours driving time.

These are some lava caves, pretty wild. About 2 hours south of my house. This pic wasn't taken BY me, but that's me in the pic, so good enough!

someone invested in my magazine and my photography company over the weekend and i was able to buy a used iMac to get myself back up editing pictures again. (imac 20in, 2.66Ghz, 8GB ram..$300 off of CL)

thanks Bill. I want to change up the finished product though. I love the crisp-ness of the image since it resembles what you see when you look in the viewfinder after taking the pic, BUT even with adding a gradient filter and a satin filter in Ps, the photo isn't coming out how I like.


the finish that I am trying to get is like what you see in Adam/Chef and Nate's photos that are above
