12/03/12 - 190 lbs



today (6 months later) - 160lbs




6 months of crossfit (5-6 days per week) + new diet. Still trying to get down to 157ish or so...the definition is there, but i'd like a little more in my abs...my discipline with eating is pretty good, but I cheat too often.

lol, touche. How about this: I am disciplined about eating 85-90% of the time. 7-8% of that is due to social/work 'obligations' (work travel and eating out with clients is tough) and the other 7-8% is straight up cheating on my diet cause I want some junk/booze.

I want to be at 90-95% disciplined and leave that other 5% to real life as I call it.

Ok guys.

Been working pretty hard in the gym the last few weeks, vacation in TWO weeks! Hoping to finally have some pics I won't be embarrassed of when me and the GF head to Punta Cana.

I'm now 9ish months into working out. I went from 235+ down to 187 and now I'm sitting at just over 200lbs and a c-hair under 6'6" tall.

I'm very happy with what I've done. I just need to somehow build a chest :-/

been away from Csi for a bit. This is 6 months of Crossfit (I drank the koolaid) and a meh diet. Definitely leaned out some, and stronger. Gotta tighten up the diet though

It was somewhere around the 5 minute mark (1.05 mile course). Not entirely sure, because no one kept track of when I was handed the baton. Plus, my fucking shoe came untied after I rounded the first corner, so I did the damn thing with my right shoe falling off the whole time. Wasn't a good day. I could have done a lot better.

Shitty elevation changes, too. Pretty challenging course as far as a mile goes, when you're running for time. First hill is a bitch, but the second one kicks you in the nuts.

That sounds fun. I'd love to have a chance to do an all out mile in a race environment. I've done a 5:25 on the track, but like to think I could be closer to 5 flat with some competition.

Competition makes it easier, but the fact that the course isn't at all flat negates that, IMO.
