What about in the crop? It's a little more rule-of-thirds obedient.  the blue is the contrasting color so it attracts the eye. dress is becoming drab b/c it starts to blend w/ the green grass. but now we're getting into stylist territory. photographer-wise...the wooden post over the boobs is distracting. lighting looks good. arm skin-tone could be more balanced w/ the rest of her skin.
The wooden post is on purpose, for a very good reason.
She's......how can I put this delicately? She's a lot bigger than she looks in that picture. She wanted me to make her look thin. She specifically said that. So my plan (and I think it worked) was that I put her behind that post, then when she was on a break I shot for background. Then I composited the shots. A lot of her was on the left side of that post where there is now only grass.

Finally got around to re-editing this photo last night. Dropped a blue sky background in it to give it a little more color since it seemed very bland with the grey sky. The sky was taken from another photo I took last year. Played around with the blend-if feature and some gradient. Difficult to get it right without chopping the dune grass in the background and making it look unnatural.

pretty. That salt can't make things easy, although it does light things up a bit differently.
My camera's been packed away since our move...hope to break it out soon. This thread has slowed way down.

Still in the same town, only 3 blocks from where we were. Moved at the start of the month. Studying and the move has kept the camera in its bag as of late.
