I was testing out the lighting and my buddy picked up his camera and snapped one of me. I like my stupid facial expression so I posted it  Rather amusing. yeah, that screams spontaneous snap-shot, lulz. 
That one is lawl. There are many that aren't, but my facial expression is MUCH better. I was actually there to shoot a calender for his gf for christmas. We took shots of him in 12 different bikinis with different props, lol nohomo.

I'd suggest either more darkening of the foreground or less. It's in a middle area that doesn't site well right now. I'd go more, myself.

I'm feeling it. I would suggest boosting the saturation in the red channel and reduce it in the blue channel but only on the ground. YMMV
I may revisit it...pretty much threw that one up there...it was just a basic snapshot driving back down the hill.
Here's another high-elevation themed shot...about 12,000', a mere few miles outside of Estes Park, actually.

I certainly thought of you when taking those pics. There were so many elk in one place, it was unreal. I hear Estes commonly has the elk in town....not just the one time of year. I think it just gets out of control during the rut.
That same day, shot a coyote too...

Also, on a recent trip back from Jackson WY, almost died hitting an 10pt elk @ 70mph that walked out in front of our Suburban at dusk...was sure it was coming through the windshield, or at least part of those antlers. I ducked down like a bitch, and somehow, the driver avoided it....was amazed.
