Yeah, that was one of my throwaway shots...if only I'd post the original...this one was saved by the wonders of RAW editing.

I "sorta" miss Maryland, but eh...this place I am now blows me away daily.

I like that picture of the Bald Eagle. I wish we had those around here. I guess that the largest birds around here would be Vultures and Owls.

Here is my picture for the day. Just me learning that new to me Nikon 50mm F1.8 that I got today. The below picture was at F2.8, I probably should've gone to F4 or 5.6 to get more of her body in focus.

I took the following picture with that 1980's Spirotel 400mm F6.3 and the NEX-3. This was done without a tripod but I was resting up against a post and I cropped it a good bit in Lightroom.

I am proud of that lens. It isn't bad for free!
