Someone needs a hood for his hexagonal lens flare maker. I previewed your photo with a few B&W filters and it = motion!

That's not really an "anti-rig" shot Kyle, if you're gonna steal my terms at least do it right 
Looks nice but I'd like to see the ground punched up even more, throw a curves layer on there and really bring up the blacks and the bottom end of the histogram.

I could have taken out the flare but I actually think it adds to the shot. I have a hood for that lens but I was worried the 40mph wind would catch it and do something naughty Lol.  I really don't think those types of shots are normally done at real world speeds. As I understand it they're done at walking speeds with slow shutters. cheers, scott

What you did is nothing close to an "anti-rig" shot. Just a long shutter motion capture. What Nate did was multiple exposures from a camera mounted to a car, and then stitched together in photoshop.

I was trying to figure out how there was so much dust kicked up by a very clean car at rest...then I realized that it was some out of focus grass/weed/shrub.
Nate, will you have a full sized and processed version of the picture to share with us in the future? I would love to make that my wall paper on my 23" monitor at home.

That shot reminds me of one of Danzig's bands. 
(edit - nice shot, Nate, btw - goes without saying)
There's a family of mourning doves I have been following everyday. About 5-6 baby birds have just started walking. I think the bird eying the lens in the pics is either being protective or asking for food. Guess I could pick up some bird seed for them at the store today, either way.
This is a good time to ask: Is there a storyboard app that you guys use? The one time I did a board involved MSPaint...
