Got my renewal, up 38% prepare yourselves.

No claims, nothing. Not only did they increase it, they also increased deductibles.

thepersonal always decent rates, i used them for car insurance yeaaarrss ago for awhile.

as for home ins that is some BS our rates jump like that...wtf? this isn't fucking Florida! we're with rbc as well, hopefully shit doesn't go uo too much.

car insurance, CAA seems to be great btw...get the cheapest base membership which is like $29 for the yr and you get CAA car ins.

Boys, I just renewed my policy but with Aviva (RBC). Thanks Big Tasty. They were the cheapest by far.

Good luck.

Just had my broker run the numbers again for myself as mine had jumped a bunch as well. Cheapest he found was through CAA.

There's a reason they're cheap. My parents use them (cuz they were the cheapest) and they had a claim and it was the worst, most painful experience ever.

Forgot to update this, ran quotes, ended up going with the Economical. Rates dropped by 50% compared to what I was paying at TD.

that can be said about the majority of them. They are in the business to make money not give it out willingly so they do whatever they can to not pay out claims \:\) My dad was a broker his entire life. May as well shop around regardless.
