So... its been 3 months since I've been able to actually get back into my "gym/workout" routine after my accident. I was lifting a little bit before but it always hurt my neck horrendously, so I didnt do all too much.. I started eating better than I ever have before. I went from 131 down to 126-127.. I lost a bit of the "pudge" I had but gained alot of tone that I have never really had. I just cant wait til it's warmer than 15 degrees and I can start pedaling to work again!!
I took pics from month 1, month2, and now at the end of month 3. I've got 2 more months until race season starts but I think I'm almost there!! Goes backwards in the pic but you can figure it out..
Good job! Your toning/definition is really apparent in the 2nd set of pics (backside). What's your overall goal?

You should have done the typical weightlifting magazine advertisement pose. In the first pics you should be slumped over with bad posture and have a facial expression like your dog just died...then in the "after" pics have better lighting, shoulders back, and a big smile. lol
