Creating a FS or WTB thread in the 06 Civic Forum will lead to a Warning
2. Search : This is a new section... but majority of the questions might have been posted, please use the Search function on the top PRIOR to posting , In the coming months, and extensive FAQ will be implemented on the boards.
3) Picture Threads: For part reviews, they will be allowed,
however there is a sticky on the top of the forum for these posts OR you can use the Members Profiles Section
4) RESPECT Respect all users, including new ones just because you've been around doesn't give you the right to be an ass(EXCEPT ME). Unless you have something constructive to add keep it to yourself. Also please respect the majority of us who have a literary education and Do NoT TyP3 LyK3 dIz yO! Type like this and you will be Warned.... Insulting newbies, telling people to search bluntly, or buy a helms, being argumentative for no good reason, poor attitude in posts, blatant flaming, condesceding tone in posts, being an ass, warping other people's threads for your own benefit etc will lead to your banning.
5. Post Whoring: Will be dealt with most dishonorable vengeance.
Post-whoring is defined by Clubsi.com as the following:
Posts which contain no relevant contribution to the thread, topic, or site
Posting responses to a thread for the sole purpose of boosting post count
Posting derogatory and/or 1-word answers to a topic
Posts/Threads that are meaningless and lack the ability to elicit thought-provocative responses
Posting a short/simple response which shows you replied to the title and not the topic
Posting up something that you have already posted in the past
Also, if a thread is locked it was locked for a reason. Think about what you did instead of creating an identical thread again.
6. Sponsorship/Group Buys
Only sponsors are allowed to post up individual threads containing products that are on special or undergoing design. If you are a sponsor, you are also allowed to ask the general public to gauge interest on the demand of a certain type of product. Non-sponsors are not allowed to use the site to use the site to promote the mass sales/group buys of items. If you want to market a product, then you must be a registered sponsor. 7. Copyrighted Material Do not post copyrighted material on the board unless you own the rights to do so. This in particularly refers to the .pdf Helms manual and pictures you do not own the rights to. Posting a link for illegal downloadable material is also a violation.
If you have a topic that you feels need to be posted in this forum and it is against regulations,
send a moderator asking for a thread approval accompanied by the reason it needs to be posted specifically in the forum.
If you are determined to be in Non-Compliance you will have your thread and/or post deleted and/or locked.
In addition you will recieve:
1st Offence - Warning via PM
2nd Offence - Temporary 7 day ban
3rd+ Offence - User & IP Ban
If you feel your punishment was not necessary ...we don't care.
Any borderline violations will be dealt with by the discretion of the moderators/administrators.
We do not get paid to babysit people and we do not have time to argue over PM for hours at a time. The moderators are here to help the forum run smoothly and help out others. Showing disrespect to the moderators in the use of foul language will result in an immediate ban.
