Ride quality is decent but could be better. I bought these used off a fellow Mazda forum member who didn't know he had the Mazda 3 specific kit. I can't complain though... the price was decent and I got an extra set of F/R upper mounts out of the deal. I am going to swap these out for the MS3 specific kit once they come off backorder. I'll report back then.
Also just installed a set of Hankook Ventus Evo's. WOW. Nearly all the grip and ride quality of the stock RE50's at half the cost. Twice the treadwear rating too.

ahh, for some reason I thought you bought H&R Coil-over setup, especially when you were talking about settings. Well, for the extra valving Bilsteins are great, because tons of people service them, and the revalving is pretty cheap as well.
