Considering a stock 996tt puts down about 355hp to all four wheels on this dyno, he should be satisfied with this power level I think. It's a really safe tune, 94 octane. Car isn't a track beast, just a powerhouse. Keep in mind this is also through a tiptronic transmission and all wheel drive.

The best part is, the car is a pussycat until you put that foot down. Then, you better hold on!

Jesus, how long will the tiptronic handle all that?

That's funny that stock graph looks like shit if that's a stock TT.

I saw another tuned + exhaust one look like that. Guy wanted me to tune it shortly. It looked like massive timing pull, as the boost plot on his car looked fine so did the afr where the problem areas were.

The "stock" plot was stock tune with a bunch of gear on the car.

It's also 85+ degree weather during these pulls. (not in our shop)

It's nothing special to look at.

Stock looking 996 Turbo Cabrio.. tiptronic. YES, I KNOW.

Black on black, 19" techarts (black face, silver lip). We wanted the stock wheels on the car but couldn't get them to fit over the giant brembo's. Even the 19's barely fit. It's a bit of a sleeper, just the way my customer likes it.

If all he wanted was a sleeper he could have kept it stock and just rev it above 1500rpm... no one expects a tiptronic cab to go 0-60 faster than 15~ seconds anyway.

The tip is pretty stout, 700 HP is not a problem.

We have a customer with a 996 Turbo, tip cab that we've built to 660 HP w/ the EVOMSit TCU upgrade. It's a total monster and a hell of a sleeper (maroon with leather interior). It's faster than a Ferrari 599.

I've put the car on an "enhanced" service schedule. Oil service 2x a year, and yearly transmission flush to be on top of things.

WELL before we went down this road with the car I told him he's really pushing the limits of things. He expects to break stuff and is totally fine with it.
