Just a quick post. Not many will remember him. But I do. He died as a result of a car accident while on a ClubSi run on Ortega Highway. I went to Chapman University with him,and often parked next to him in the parking garage. Although I never met him, his memory lives on.
Some old schoolers from 9 years + back may remember him.
On a turn in Ortega, due to weather conditions and driver error, he ultimately lost controlled of his FBP Si and went off the road. His car hit a huge rock formation, this caused his vehicle to roll over. Ultimately it landed back onto the roadway where it was struck by another member in a separate car.
He remained on life support until his family decided to let him go...
It was years ago, so my recollection of events is hazy. But he is remembered.
I remember that event when I was just a lurker on this forum. It was a testament at the time to a community that truly took care of their own. I will link the archived thread for now, but anyone is welcome to PM me should you wish it removed: http://forums.clubsi.com/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Number/18952
There are definitely a few active members in So Cal that remember him, and he will certainly not be forgotten.

I remember the event and the day leading up to it. I had a bad feeling because of the rainy weather and decided it would not be a good idea to go, but wished everyone a fun but cautious ride.
RIP.

I remember this. I didn't make that run, but I drove through there the next week later and saw parts left at the scene. Whenever I rode my bike on Ortega, I would remember that rock and think about the accident. Damn shame.
Ortega is such a dangerous place to ride/drive, mostly in part to the sheer quantity of commuter traffic on Ortega. I know 2 people who have personally been in accidents on that road (not including Brian), one was in a head-on. People are tired as hell early in the morning and late at night commuting.
