took these this morning while completely cold (no pump). I've been working out for about 1.5 years now. Clearly, my biggest problem is my diet. I cannot for the life of me stick with something. I just enjoy eating too much. My fatness fluctuates up and down. I'd say it's pretty high right now. But, here they are anyway...
Here's a "before". Taken in the summer of '07. I had actually lost about 50lbs of fat at this point but wasn't lifting at all (obviously).
Taken today:
edit: 5'10" 185lbs
I am one pale motherfucker, jeez

Interestingly enough, I only do about 15 mins of specific arm work a week. I'm happy enough with the results I've gotten so far. I thinks it's great to look at pictures from just a year ago and see the difference. I'm kind of kicking myself that I didn't start working out earlier in life though.

From those before and after pics there is some heavy duty progress going on. Absolutely night and day. Not that you looked bad before, but you've made good gains in only 1.5 years. Keep up the excellent progress

Me. Whats your arm routine? Exact arm definition I'm going for. Nice sized biceps (no homo) while lean and not looking like one piece of meat. I used to lift with the heaviest weights I could, arms would get bigger, but not with lines. Just looked like one bigger slab of arm if that makes sense. I curl with a pair of 35 pound dumbells, and do pullups (with palms facing in). For more of a burn, I just use some bands.

Do some more tricep work; your bicep looks to be a good size and the tricep exercises will help to tuck the arm up. Conversely don't do too many tricep exercises b/c that muscle makes up a lot of your visible arm. All in all looking good. You don't have to be self-conscious around here; i doubt anyone is a fitness model

Ive been partying (drinking like a fish) for the last week, but I've decided its time to work on my diet come the new year, which basically means I'm gonna stop drinking until I hit my target weight, 190lbs. I'm about 212 right now.
Ive been working hard as fuck as far as my training goes the last three months and my strength has improved but my build Is buried. I'll post some starting pics next Monday and go from there

I haven't been able to work out as much because we've been out in the field (spend a few weeks outside..no access to gyms) a lot on this deployment. I've definitely lost some size.
I'm currently around 155lbs...no idea on bodyfat. I've ate like shit around the holidays so this is me at the "fat" stage. lol
Unflexed.
Yeah yeah...I know my 14.5" pythons are pretty impressive. lol
