I am looking to get 16" slipstreams but don't know which offset would be better? I have G/C Coils w/ tokico blues and a 2finger gap all around. To get the least amount of rubbing should I get the 6.5"?
Which will fit better on a 205/45/16 tire? Or 205/40/16 tire?
And the offsets are 6.5": +45, +40, +26 and 7": +45, +40, +0.

45 offset is best but 40 will work.

Tire size depends on the OD on your stock tire but you didn't say what car you have.

6.5 or 7 width is fine.

6.5 will be lighter and your tire will sit slightly fatter on it which should protect the face of the rim from curbing although a 205 width tire fits great on a 7 inch width.

another question, how will the stock 00 si springs be with koni yellows (the adj. spring perch will lower it a bit, but i daily drive so i don't wanna be as low as my springs are now. will it ride really good and still handle pretty well?

I'm just guessing here, but it should handle ok. You'll need an alignment whenever you alter your suspension geometry by raising it or lowering it if you want your tires to last.

i would do +40 on 7 205/40/16
If you go 6.5. the side wall will be fat, more tire.

The stock wheels are +45 offset so obviously +45 will work.

It seems like most aftermarket wheels for the Civic are +42 or +43 offset which splits the difference between 40 and 45 offsets.
