we're slated to have another kid within the next 6 weeks or so. i don't think i posted anything about it, not here anyways. just felt like sharing.
we didn't find out until she was already 5 months pregnant, since Gabe is only 12months old now (he will be a year old on Dec 28th) we didn't think she was actually pregnant. the doctor figured it was just a uterian infection of some sort causing her not to lose her tummy, but no, it was in fact an infection of a completely different sort. she was 5 months infected, 28 weeks or something. so it's been pretty hectic around here lately. I'm also planning a few things for the civic for this coming summer, hopefully i will be financially stable enough to do them, I don't think my sanity would last if i didn't have my car to play with. unfortunately I'm being dicked around with my current job and am about ready to quit altogether and go find something closer to home and with less unnecessary stress. basically everything they promised me when they offered me the job was a total crock of shit. I've been having to drive from lacombe to nisku every day (97km 1 way), and then the boss has the audacity to tell me to come in on a saturday for absolutely no purpose. I've been on 5 jobs for the company that actually made them money in 2 months. 5! that's it! fucking gong show. I spent the first month and a bit building the goddamned truck, so much for me not being hired as a welder. bah. I'm going to go work at a reputable company like Trican or Schlumberger so that atleast I know what I'll be doing and when i will have time off. All of my car stuff might come to a sudden shortage soon though as I might sell them both and use the money as a down payment for a house. I really would like a house with a large detached garage that I could run my business (c-zero.net for anyone that is not already aware, i do TIG welding in my spare time. I'm 100% government certified to weld in all positions with all processes, i just choose to do tig work almost exclusively) out of and be able to do car repairs in. a nice heated garage to sneak off to when i need to vent. all i have is the internet and my computers right now and they are coming up quite short in the stress relieving department, time to find a new outlet i guess.
anyways, yeah, that's my story. comments & questions welcome as always. don't fear the mod stick here. we're all friends, we just don't know it yet. heh

I do IT, for Wireline and L&P, and sometimes PT as well. So they have a problem in the field, I take the calls, and fix 'em up
I was doing the career fair this year, and green hands start at 40-50K a year, with the regular benefits, and training is done on the job and all that fun stuff.
Head Office is in Calgary, and we have field offices in Grande Prairie, Fort St. John, Ft. Nelson, Red Deer, Edson, Whitecourt. Also we have a US division but meh
