On the MS3 there are several companies that make a fully integrated unit like that - all by companies in China. General consensus is that these units are OK but they can have parts that fail prematurely or be laden with software glitches. Often times the user interface can be frustrating too.
If possible try to find someone in your area who might have one or a youtube vid of the unit in operation.
