Its a 95 with 142000km on the clock. 4 wheel doriffto action in my alley, woot
This should keep me occupied on the side of a mountain in BC until its sport bike season. Hopefully I dont end up hitting a tree. My buddy dave has put his truck into two trees already (one drivers side passenger door and one in the rear bumper). My other buddy cory has come pretty damn close several times. Dorifto action + front and rear wheels sliding through different ruts + shitty mountain trails makes for some exciting moments haha.
We've driven to the top of these hoodoos numerous times already. Its pretty crazy standing up there on a 390 some foot cliff. We usually end up a little past the left side of the photo. Theres a bridge right under those cliffs that got mangled like 2-3 weeks ago. Some guy took a two back hoes on a trailer through it and had the arm on the larger machine completely destroy the top of the bridge. A good portion of the top braces were broken in half, both sides of the bridge were pulled inwards and both pieces of equipment were ripped clean off the trailer. The province ended up building a temporary military style single lane bridge right next to it and are demolishing the old one in spring.
The 'top of the world' is about 45 minutes away from the job site where I work. I havent been up there yet, but its supposed to be spectacular. Apparently the common areas to access are about 2200 (~7260ft) meters and the highest point in the park is 2900 meters (~9570ft). Wiki says the highest point in BC is Mount Fairweather at 4,663 meters or 15,299ft. The highest in Alberta is Mount Columbia at 3,747m (12,293ft) located at the columbia ice field. The highest in Canada is in the Yukon coming in just under 20 000ft. I didnt know there was a mountain that fucking big in Canada. Only like 9000ft less than Everest if memory serves me right.
