Out of curiosity who are you insured with? Based on the way you described your accident the other vehicles insurance company is going to try and get a comparative negligence against you since your a lowered import (I see it all the time). All the other car has to say is you were speeding.... It sucks because as an adjuster I would run into this alot when it is clearly one person's fault and then it becomes a he said/she said battle so they both end up paying portions.
It is going to be a total loss BTW. I would recommend taking your stuff off now before the adjuster has it towed to look at. (Engine mods that is.....) You don't want them to have more amo to make your insurance company have to pay for anything because it will fall on your rates. If your car is paid off and you need to sell some stuff let me know....
Iam looking for an EBP lip and grille which look ok from the pics. If you need help with anything insurance-wise holler......

I left the car as is and the adjuster came and went. I'll be getting an offer tomorrow. The adjuster didn't seem to mind the lack of airbag. Isn't it the owner's choice whether or not they want to have an airbag? Anyways, I have AAA insurance. If I buy the car back, I'll part it out. In the meantime, does anyone want a new ITR transmission?

I was an adjuster for Farmers Insurance for 3 years.... just recently switched jobs. I have a ton of friends in the industry also. I am planning on going back in about 6 months to another insurance company. My g/f is also an agent for State farm and hooked up a few people here.
