I'm looking at a 1993 Civic SI - the car has some rust around back wheel wells - under gas cap on drivers and similar on passenger - interior in good shape - stock car 225777 miles - transaxle rebuilt and clutch replaced recently - 134a conversion on a/c, good tires, engine runs good but seems to have minor viberation at say 2000 rpms seems very minor - no smoke - the car will need paint as clearcoat is coming off - red with black interior - all stock and seems very unabused. Still has original radio, seats good, all floormats, seems to be a solid car - He wanted 2000 I offered 1500 - does this seem ok - it will need paint and rust repaired - about six inches on each side on wheelwells. Any help appreciated. He has also replaced alternator and front axle joints.
