Haven’t posted in like 10 years + thought I would check back

My 2005 crv 2.4 li. headlights interior lights pulse while engine is at idle and while driving.

I’ve ruled out the alternator. My battery is brand new.

I’ve heard it’s more common in early d-series engines.

Any input much appreciated.
