^yea that bike position is lower than I can get on my TT bike on the aerobars

mad props tho. I'm just not flexible enough to get anywhere near that.

I feel like I'm that low (actually nearly vertical)

I've heard the hood/flat fore-arms is actually better than full drops for aero.

Still, full drops gives that break control I love.

Wait, grade was -8.1%. Regardless that heart rate, I don't even...

So when are you going pro?

The grade at the particular point on the map was -8%, the grade for the segment has a net gain on 94ft, strava puts it at 0% for the segment. Look where it says market street tt stonewood to cool creek...its 5.3miles, 94ft gain, 0% avg grade

30mph for 10 minutes is crazy.
And that's solo?!

I'm spun out by 40mph I think too

Don't dodge the question, when are you going PRO?

The stats you put down are ridiculous.

I'm agree, my trainerroad rides show up on strava instantly.
If my garmin rides don't show up on strava it's like it never happened. It's not even worth riding the bike at this point. No strava no ride.

In a pinch you can always manually grab the .fit file or whatever your watch natively uses and manually stuff it on strava (manual /add file)

Or I can just wait 4 days and they will magically appear. 9600baud modem connection between garmin and strava.

damn... ever since I started following Barry Bonds he's ahead of me in every.single.sprint

I wonder what he entered as his weight doe /philosoraptor

also got cat-6 smoked today in full commuter gear on my caad [again], doing about 19-20 into the wind, a lycra came by with a super awesome drop position [back nearly flat] I was totally checking him out as he went by. Hung on for a mile or two and then I called it a day. sigh.

*remember to stretch /free speed

I'm heading for ~600 miles for the end of Q1/CY and like ~96 hours including vacation and 2 weeks of burnout [adding swim+run times in] heh. Not sure if I really should be adding any time tho /burnout sucks

thats a good trend for me. I'm sure I'll be just as mediocre as I was last year

averaged 700w in the gates, but more importantly entered on a sprint [28 at the front gate, 32mph out the back]

not bad.I also stopped pedaling for a second trying to bash the spacebar to activate my drafting powerup. haha. missed. fuck
