Few years ago I picked up large bags from Costco but either price went up or it’s no longer offered. Going to super seed areas and water, sections at a time. Last I calculated I have about 11,000 sq ft of grass area. About 2k of it is totally decimated and I don’t really have access to water, so rain only.

(it's not in the menu, search results show up nothing, but if you google seedranch and 'tenacity', you can go directly to the page.) the .com website is ok. Not sure I want to risk it making a purchase at this point ....
