I started cutting sunday, and I wanna cut down too 200 even. I lost alot of my cut during my bulk. That pic was the last day of my bulk cycle.

I just turned 29 on the 8th of this month. Everyone that meets me thinks I am like 24 and that I look young, which I guess is a good thing.

i wasn't saying you didn't look your weight, i was saying that toothy would have to be carrying alot of weight in the lower half from the looks of the pic and only be a few pounds off or yours...

i know pics can be misleading though...

i too carry a ton of weight in my lower half, so i never look my weight...

i was about 218 in this pic, but i'm only 6'1" as opposed to you guys at 6'3"...

That's pretty impressive, you should be deadlifting a lot more I think, I can out deadlift you by a good amount, but I'm off by like 100 lbs from your squat and bench, genetic differences heh

My legs are just like that too, I've got some big quads but shitty calves, I've ALWAYS had skinny calves and they are like the hardest muscle to get bigger it sucks.

i'm a pretty cynical person, so i'm going to doubt the sqaut number... i'd have to see it to believe it...

i've done a 405 pound squat in my day, and it wouldn't qualify as a squat to me today... just saying...

i've seen very few people that can even do a proper 315lb squat, much less 415, and at 200lbs at that...

ive always had stick legs....shit ive always been skinny in general. ive never eclipsed 200 though.(never tried to really) most ive been is about 198. (6'1)
Im sitting around 192ish right now

flat benched 245 x 6 a month or so ago.

it would be cool to just concentrate on lifting for a couple years to see what I could do, but it doesnt fit into my schedule that way right now. Being able to lift crazy numbers but have hardly any muscle endurance wouldnt do anything fo rme at this point.
Though Im probably gonna try to hit 315 on flat bench this summer(provided work/swimming doesnt take up too much time for me to hit the weights enough)

3 plates a side would be pretty epic for me at this point imo

Understandable, my squat definitely would not be considered a squat in competition either. My right knee just can handle a full squat.

I don't go atg but I know I go parallel or below it, My last 5x5 is usually around 285 or 295, I think If warmed up properly I could get 315 at 190 lbs.

Yup. I was finishing my squats today, finished out with 225x8 ATG, and one of the trainers who worked there took over the squat rack. He had previously been on the leg press machine with 8 plates per side, moving the whole thing a whopping 4 inches. He proceeded to add 15 lbs per side to the squat bar and could barely grunt out 6 reps without even hitting parallel. I just laughed to myself and shook my head.

i'm hitting about 365x5 going past parallel, currently weighing 215.. if i remember correctly i was hitting 335-345x5 when i weighed 195 during my last cut (spring/early summer).. i refuse to below 3 plates, even though it kills me sometimes

i hardly squat more than 225 anymore, and never really could move weight on the bench... the most i ever remember putting up on the bench was around 300, and that was at my peak and only for one rep...

generally i stick with the 225 range, sometimes moving up closer to 245... i do generally use heavy dumbbells though i guess that's where i got my best gains in my chest...

Nice. I could squat a lot more weight if I didn't do ATG. I can do 225 just hitting parallel for what seems like an eternity. It's that push from the very bottom that really hits my quads.
