hello all. sorry if this question has been answered a billion times on here. I'm new to this site, so just bare with me, please. \:\)

I have a 2000 Honda Civic Si
B20 engine with the original B16 head and trans.

here's what I need:
I want to install a chipped P28 ECU, but I've been unable to find a ODB2 to ODB1 step down harness in order to do so.

any info? links to where I can buy? DIY options?
