Obliques and abs will come with diet and weight loss.
this + lift heavy weights
99% of "routines" or "what ab exercises should i do" are crap. lift heavy weights, do some basic gymnastic movements, and have a low body fat, your abs will be what they will be.

me on july 4th. was at 198lbs 5 years ago when i started college. around 168-172 now. i was down under 160 but i didnt like the way i looked so i put some weight back on. 5'9" btw and yes i need to buy a new swimsuit since this one is falling off me, before anyone wants to comment on my boxers hanging out

I need a tan like "whoa." Probably need 2-3 more lbs of loss here. Getting pretty close to my ideal, though.
Not flexed at all:
Would definitely pop more with a tan and flexing, but I wanted to give it a more "natural" feel. No one walks around with their abs braced all the time.

Oh yea... i forgot this thread.
I've lost a good bit of weight. I finally figured out my problems. Soo... I think I lost like 35 lbs since last year. bench is like 225x6 now and I think I'm at 179 right about now

Here's me as of this morning. I'd like to join a gym soon; been working out exclusively at home doing pushups, pullups/chinups, and the like and misc. exercises with a pair of dumbbells and a curl bar with a couple plates. While I don't want to bulk up and get huge, I would like to get bigger. 
Dude, you're looking awesome! (nohomo) definitely bulkier then the last pic I saw of you.
