You are lookin VERY thin. Listen. Summer is busy for me, I'm probably in the gym 1-2 days a week IF THAT! I work my ass off all day sweating so I started dropping pounds, add a horrible diet and thats where I'm at. I mean, I'll still outlift you in everything and get more girls. holla. I'm gonna bulk this fall/winter You will NEVER be able to get more girls then me. hollar.

My current progress:
The most recent picture was taken this morning, after 2 days of a low carb/high water (2.5-3 gallons) diet. I continue this diet "phase" today and then tomorrow I'll "carb up." A week off next week and then in August I'll try to hit 10% bf (or lower) and get back on creatine.

I started a stay-at-home job early June. I had NO excuse not to make progress. Eating what/when I needed, tracking my diet, etc etc all became more practical.

3rd month of lifting complete
i was a little disappointed that the difference only shows up as a little thicker overall so here's an animated gif
after a month of increasing my calorie intake by 500-1000 a day, only 2.8lb gain
Before: 140.0lb / 11.5% Max Bench: 195
After: 142.8lb / 12.0% Max Bench: 220
