Here are my pics/short-term results
Early April: After my somewhat "dirty" bulk @ 225
Last night: Close to 6 weeks into my cut @ 213 and back on creatine
Front relaxed...
Back (awkwardly) flexed...
I'm really trying to preserve muscle during this cut. I lost too much mass last year. My weight loss will be slower but I'm experimenting with different approaches to targeting fat (not just weight) loss.

I don't have a weight goal. I was 195-200 last summer but that was after losing a lot of size and it was too skinny for my liking.
Somewhere around 200 would be about right though, assuming I keep my mass up.

everyone has to start from somewhere.. I started at 110 lbs, 6'0 at 17yr old. ... ... 110lbs? I know you may have been skinny...but i doubt you were that low. unless you looked like christan bale from the machinist my g/f is skinny @ 5'5 and thats what she weighs. i weighed about 155 @17 and i was a skinny dude. my friend who was almost dead(well he looked like it) was about 130. anyways, you cant compare a teen to an adult.. whats your cycle like now?
You really crack me up with your statements. I don't know how tall i am, don't know how much i weigh, etc, etc....I was so skinny that the nurse wouldn't give me immunization shots in my ass, cause it was not enough meat/fat on it. So i had to get them in my thighs. I looked like a jew in a nazi camp growing up.
Here is my diet that i'm on for the rest of the summer. Yeah its boring but will get me to where i want to be.
Mon Tues
MEAL 1 (breakfast) 1 serving oatmeal 12 oz flank steak
MEAL 2 4 oz tuna
MEAL 3 (lunch) 10oz chicken 1 cup broccoli
MEAL 4 large green salad 6oz white fish
MEAL 5 (dinner) 10oz white fish 1 cup broccoli
MEAL 6 6 egg whites
Weds
MEAL 1 (breakfast) 1 serving oatmeal 12 egg whites, 1 yolk
MEAL 2 6 egg whites
MEAL 3 (lunch) 10oz white fish 8 strips asparagus 3tablespoon flaxseed oil
MEAL 4 2 tablespoons peanut butter
MEAL 5 (dinner) 12oz flank steak 1 cup broccoli 8 strips asparagus 3 tablespoons flaxseed oil
MEAL 6 6 egg whites
Thurs
MEAL 1 (breakfast) 1 serving oatmeal 12 egg whites, 1 yolk
MEAL 2 6 egg whites

eating right is expensive Not necessarily. You don't need 'steak'. Substitute lean red meat for the steak and your're still good.
Goddamn right! Lean ground beef is like $2/pound at Sams Club. Mix that shit up with Long Grain brown rice and you have a LOT of protein and complex carbs for dollars per day. Maybe eating right if you are a very picky eater is expensive. Lucky for me I came out of the trailer park so I can eat healthy for very cheap haha.
And gtrcivic, that meal plan looks like that of a big dude who pays strict attention to what he eats which I think is exactly what you are

Supplements that i take are animal pak, LG Methyl 1-D, Ergopharm 1AD, Dark Matter, Nutrex volu-gro and creatine. Ive posted on other threads in here other stuff BCAA, potassium gluctanate, flaxseed pills,omega 3 pills.
You don't necessarily need gear to make gains in the gym. Guess you being a swimmer has different agenda/goals than I as a weightlifter has. To each his own. I'm happy with the way i look and could care less about the way you look. I'll be 40 yo in 3 yrs so i may get on some HRT.
