Here is a pic of my lifting partner last week. He's dieting down for a bb show this summer. Went from 255 to 232 in the pics below. Yes uses PED.

First pick 255lbs 5wks ago prior to starting cardio

Thanks man - im hovering right around 160 lbs which is about where I want to be. Goal is to add 5 pounds of muscle.

I want to fill out my chest more, because right now my lats are bigger than my pecs which is frustrating.

Overall pleased with the progress I have made in the past 2 years.

So I've been changing up my workouts a lot as of late and have been doing a lot of crossfit style stuff. I'm pretty happy with where I'm sittin at now. Ideally if I could drop the remaining excess fat I have and add 5lbs of muscle in the right places I would be at my ideal, but my motivation to do that isn't there atm.

6'2" 195lbs

5'8" / 145lb / 26

body fat is 9-12% depending on how i measure it. haven't tried calipers yet. no veins popping out so definitely no lower than that. i was 138lb last May and started eating like a pig and lifting. i hit a wall at 145 and haven't been able to get over it. my goal would be to add 5-10lb more muscle

Took some pics today. The lighting everywhere in my house sucks. It's either too bright, or too dark. Couldn't find the right place, even though I tried a couple of different ways. Blah. Updated pics.

I hate the way my obliques look. It looks like love handles, but it's all muscle. It's from playing soccer so much, because you really rely on the obliques for hip turning and body positioning. Oh well. Not much I can really do about it, I suppose. Genetics are a bitch sometimes.
