Here are my pics/short-term results

Early April: After my somewhat "dirty" bulk @ 225


Last night: Close to 6 weeks into my cut @ 213 and back on creatine

Front relaxed...


Back (awkwardly) flexed...


I'm really trying to preserve muscle during this cut. I lost too much mass last year. My weight loss will be slower but I'm experimenting with different approaches to targeting fat (not just weight) loss.

I don't have a weight goal. I was 195-200 last summer but that was after losing a lot of size and it was too skinny for my liking.

Somewhere around 200 would be about right though, assuming I keep my mass up.

You really crack me up with your statements. I don't know how tall i am, don't know how much i weigh, etc, etc....I was so skinny that the nurse wouldn't give me immunization shots in my ass, cause it was not enough meat/fat on it. So i had to get them in my thighs. I looked like a jew in a nazi camp growing up.

Here is my diet that i'm on for the rest of the summer. Yeah its boring but will get me to where i want to be.

Mon Tues

MEAL 1 (breakfast)
1 serving oatmeal
12 oz flank steak

MEAL 2
4 oz tuna

MEAL 3 (lunch)
10oz chicken
1 cup broccoli

MEAL 4
large green salad
6oz white fish

MEAL 5 (dinner)
10oz white fish
1 cup broccoli

MEAL 6
6 egg whites


Weds

MEAL 1 (breakfast)
1 serving oatmeal

Goddamn right! Lean ground beef is like $2/pound at Sams Club. Mix that shit up with Long Grain brown rice and you have a LOT of protein and complex carbs for dollars per day. Maybe eating right if you are a very picky eater is expensive. Lucky for me I came out of the trailer park so I can eat healthy for very cheap haha.

And gtrcivic, that meal plan looks like that of a big dude who pays strict attention to what he eats which I think is exactly what you are

eating right isnt that bad....it is if you buy expensive steak all the time. but that diet would be horrible for anyone else doing any kind of activity besides weights.

Flaxseed oil sucks. Either eat milled flax seeds with the husk for the fiber, or ditch the oil completely.

Fish oil > Flaxseed oil in every way possible.

But as for the size thing I can legitmately tell you I was 6'4 150 lbs when I graduated high school I have a picture of it, not going to post here because of people like you, you candian cock lover. /e-hug

IGNORE button, since every thing i say you doubt or call bs on. Continue your swimming and i'll continue my workouts. I guess the diet i'm on is also horrible for running and muay thai. I'm sure my posts will help those get to where they want in their workouts (i've been that skinny dork/geek and know how it feels)vs your posts just criticizing and bashing people.

Supplements that i take are animal pak, LG Methyl 1-D, Ergopharm 1AD, Dark Matter, Nutrex volu-gro and creatine. Ive posted on other threads in here other stuff BCAA, potassium gluctanate, flaxseed pills,omega 3 pills.

andd ya that diet is shat for running....or anything requiring more than lifting weights.(Even then youll still be hurting compared to a properly balanced diet) sure you wont die, but its far from being optimal for those kinds of things. and ive helped more people in this forum(and the actual thread over the yrs) more than you ever will in here so diaf.

Well I was 165 lbs. when I graduated in '99. I'll have to throw up some before and afters. Never really lifted much in highschool being as I was a pitcher and didn't want to bulk up. I started lifting after I graduated. So about 5 years I guess. No steroids though, and I'm sure I could've gotten bigger had I really wanted to, but I'm always hesitant to bulk too much. I hate the bodyfat that comes with it! I do plan on doing a bulk cycle/routine here soon though. I'd like to get to 200 with the same bodyfat as I've got now.
