there arent many... and no they arent faster.... like anything there are some athletes who have less than perfect diets so they suffer a bit...
so many factors go into it..

even the track/cross country team has some exceptions...(chubbier than they should be)

lol butthurt much.. i posted it cause i found it on my computer. i dont have any shots from the last few months.... oh nooessss. Im pretty much identical to that pic thats why its relevant. its not like i went from deisel to wolfsburg status...ive stayed virtually the same over the last couple of years. I couldve easily not said anything ...

Same current pics, just more graphic pics of my fatness I stumbled across.

I dont want to stop drinking and I'm not going to any time soon. Im just going to work harder in the gym and add some cardio/HIIT.

The above changes are without any real cardio other than a 5 minute warm up run 5 days a week

I don't drink at all during the week, but I usually pick up a 12 pack to kill over the weekend and go out pretty hardcore at least one night on the weekend.

I realize that if I ever want to get really lean I will have to quit/severely cut back the booze. However at this point I'm still dropping 2lbs a week or so.

No sense in improving the way I look if I cant enjoy it.

Nice improvements Ryan! You should cut out that damn beer though ;\)

Here is my results from doing P90x last year. Notice the gashes on my left leg from deadlift. I've since corrected form a bit and started wrapping that leg so now I am down to some minor scars remaining:



In December I started doing some weird High Frequency training thing which I realized after about almost 2 months was way too advanced for me. I then began Madcow 5x5 in February and love it so far. Nothing too impressive, but for an old guy not bad I guess haha!
