It was time for a change for me. I quit drinking a little over a month ago and for the first time in at least 18 months I got 24 workouts completed in 30 days. Started at 197lbs and today I broke into the 180's. Shooting to get down in the 12% BF range before attempting a clean bulk.
No new pics as of yet but more of a progress report/update. In my quest to put on some pounds I'm up 19# and change so far (from about November or so).
Lift I'm most proud of to this point is deadlift. Went from being thrilled if I did one or two working sets with 185# to blowing through 5 x 5 with 235# yesterday morning, so obviously a huge leap forward there. Plan is to increase 5-10# each workout until I stall out. /cool story bro
