Nice list!
It would be nice if you could specify the progressive springs and their corresponding rates.

Hmmm - great point. I can put Ps next to all the progressive rate springs but I don't have the data on how progressive they are until I put the springs on the load tester.

Neuspeed sports are soft and I know H&R Sports are stiff and contrary to popular believe, H&R and Neuspeed do not share the safe springs if that's what you're thinking.

Does anyone have info on the new Eibach race springs or what about the H & R race springs... I can get a really good deal on some H & R race springs, but don't want to get them if the spring rates are too low...

Rates for Skunk 2 coilovers are 400F/500R, i think the original skunkworks coilovers were 400/300 but not sure on that but I know the current ones are 400/500.
I am pretty sure off the shelf GC are 325/250 for both civic and integras.

"Rates for Skunk 2 coilovers are 400F/500R"
That doesn't look right. Spring rates are always higher up front to account for heavier weight. Handling must be interesting.

No, they're not "always higher up front." A lot of people run higher rear rates for chassis balance. It's a common setup for road race cars. RealTime's ITR's use higher rear rates.
You can look right at that chart Hondaman posted and see that the stock ITR springs are 250 linear front and 250 progressive rear. So, explain to me how you know "spring rates are always higher up front."

Hey Hondaman, is there anyway you can also post rebound and compression rates for stock and aftermarket shocks as well. Can you also post the recommended shock for each spring and coilover setup so that most people know what they are getting into in terms of ride and save some people buying shocks that are not compatible with some of the stiffer springs listed. Thank you.

Well I will not recommend shocks to a spring because that's not how it's done.
As far as the damping plots, won't happen unless people start sending me stuff. I'll put any type of data up on this but I will not put recommendations, this post is truely a data collection tool only.

What year CTR and are you sure they are linear in the rear? I remember a post a while ago with someone who ordered some CTR springs and I swear they were progressive in the rear (like ITRs).

mine were from a 99. i say they were linear because they looked nothing like the itr's i replaced them with, and driving on them behaves differently than itr, though i could be wrong.
