So whats up with Import "Scene" making a comeback?

Im noticing that the scene is coming back. Except this time kids got mad $$$.... its all JDM skylines and shit. Im not gonna lie, sometimes i get an itch to pick up a project car, then im like F it, waste of money

i'm looking for a project DC2, you would not believe how hard it is to get parts for it. can't find a 5 bolt, can't find a nice clean B-series type R swap, can't find oem ITR front lip...closest one i found was $700.

Yep! Same, looking for 2000 Si/Sir but cant find shit and all beat up. then gave up and got an STI rofl
