Wow, I know the guy who recently (2 yrs?) sold the house across the street at 1592 Taunton, on 10 acres, and took forever to sell for ~1M.

Ummm more like 20+

Markham use to end at Hwy 7 on the 404. 16th ave exit had no lighting. All roads leading into markham were 2 lane roads after 14th ave. heck there use to be train tracks on mccowan north of 14th that would stop traffic (CP rail). Amazing how much has changed.
