ok before i start i just want everyone to know i have tried searching and got no luck. my question is how exactly do you launch. i should be getting my si in about a month so iv been practicing on my dads 911. im definatly not doing something right. i get it to about 3500 rpms and kinda take the clutch out a little fast, but my launch just plain sucks. i was just wondering how exactly do u launch. rev it up and just pop the clutch out? thanks for the help

Every car is different. You Dad's 911 is a rear drive setup and the SI is a front wheel drive. Even if you learned to perfectly launch the 911, it would be different on the Honda.

Oh and if I was your Dad, I would kick your fucking ass for trying to learn to launch my Porsche.

Never pop the clutch lol as stated slip the clutch just for a split sec soon as you feel the car move then let it out all the way fast while stepping on the gas not hard to master. Good luck
