My gym focuses a lot on mobility and ensuring you perform the movement correctly before overloading yourself. It's worth trying IMHO just let them know your injuries and they can help you work around them and possibly even loosen yourself up enough to compete normally.
I agree. Tell them about the injuries you have and ask for scaling options to strengthen those parts of your body.
If your coaches are good (basically if the gym is good) they will be able to work with you and ensure you don't hurt yourself and like said above, hopefully get to a point where you are strong enough to do the movements.

Got 240 reps on 13.3 today.
8:52 on the wallballs (had like 5 no-reps).
finished the double unders with 2 seconds left, didn't attempt a muscle up (can't do them anyway).
How'd you guys do?

13.4 in less than 2 hours for me...pretty amped.
The Clean will be no problem...the jerks will get heavy in the later rounds I'm sure.
My goal is 60 reps...we shall see how it goes

Nice, I was just on your butthole with 67 reps. My cardio sucks ass, just barely started stringing toe to bar along with getting my first muscle up. My gymnastics are definitely improving.

FINALLY figured out butterfly pullups yesterday. Ha!
Could not get the collapse under the bar very well but it finally just clicked. So stoked to be a little more efficient finally.

Did Lynne(5 rds of max reps bodyweight bench press and pullups) today and got 137 reps, bench was 145lbs. Bit bummed as I did not have a spotter and might have cranked out a few more reps on the bench.

Deadlift 225 Hand stand push ups.
7:32 Rx'd...was hoping for under 7, but pretty stoked. Fucking handstands killed me...
Not doing the regional WODs...we have 2 guys that made it from our gym - i'll let them kill themselves.

You should sign up on beyondthewhiteboard.com to track your sessions. I've been on there about 4 years now and track everything. 875 posted workouts so far It tracks your benchmarks which includes all the barbell lifts, hero/girl wods, shows a calendar of what you've posted, etc.

I didn't but know a number of folks who competed (CF Atlanta team and a couple individual competitors). The guy who came in third for the SouthEast, Daniel Petro, is a friend of mine and I work out at his gym sometimes. Cool shit!
Also, I did DT this morning for the first time in a couple years. 14:08 rx, woo!

Yep, I did. 39:15, felt like shit.
I did the 30 burpee muscle ups too, finished in 6:50. Pretty happy with that time, other than the fact I set the rings low enough to where I could do false grip, lol.
