what timing are you guys using. I was 2 degrees retarded, and my 2 and 3 pistons cracked the 1st ringlands. Not from detonation.A/F was 11.2.Im running wisecos.thanks

2 degrees retarded of what?
Post up your timing map from whatever standalone you are using. Ignition timing generally decreases with load and increases with piston speed / engine RPM due to the time it takes for the flame front to propagate. The correct timing at each load point and engine speed for your particular engine setup can only be determined by either extensive track and street datalogging with knock detection and EGT probes or with a simple 2-3 hour load-brake dynometer session.

Pistons 1 and 4 are perfect. and piston 3 closed the gap on my spark plug.So larger injectors it is.I see 1000cc are popular for my application. So which one. RC, Precisions, or a better option?

What kind of injectors are you running now and why do you think that you need to get different ones? What kind of problems are you running into? What is the maximum duty cycle that you hit? What kind of fuel pressure are you running? Why aren't you answering our questions (whose information would help us help you)? What do you mean by "piston 3 closed the gap on my spark plug"?

It was firing on 3 cylinders. When I pulled the plugs to check it was closed not damaged.I dont no the duty cycles.I didnt hook it up to a computer. There stock injectors.I have an inline 255 and a regulator.the psi set from drag.I believe 50 psi.

Wow.
We have an FAQ. Read it. Have you ever heard of a standalone? Read these 2 sentences over ten thousand times. "Take off your Apexi AFC and throw it in the garbage. Take off your rising rate FPR and throw it in the garbage."
Get a standalone and your motor won't blow up. You don't have a timing map.
"The only thing the AFC can fine tune is how much more detonation you want." - SteveShadows

No worries. You are not totally incorrect in any case. No need to apologize. Check out the engine management systems book by Jeff Hartman.
