Damn, after 60+ days on market, neighbour just sold his house $500,000 below asking... that's some discount.
4500 sf. 2 car garage, 60' wide lot
Original asking price: $4,500,000
Sold price: $4,000,000
Purchase price: $1,000,000
Gain after 2 years: $1,500,000 (if he sold before the FBT, would probably get closer to asking)
Carry on...

where does one live to get a 60' wide lot these days? that's like 3 fucking lots!
There are several pockets in York Region that have lots 50 - 100+' wide bungalows.

The number of people who bought before selling, and now can't sell, is quite shocking. And we all know it's the scumbag agents who convinced them this would be a good idea.
Numerous threads on RFD now with ppl that either can't sell their homes or don't want to close because they overpaid lmfao!!!
Scumbag reps or not, no one was holding a gun to these idiot buyers.

Don't give 2 shits about the market right now. Not planning to sell this place evAr.
Ironic for real estate agent candidate.
Isn't now the best time to buy? I picked up a property for 75% of would it would've sold if they listed earlier.
