Oddly surprising that you are trying to help someone with 7 luxury cars (including Maserati) who went and bought a MB SUV with some welfare phone plan...by the time you have that sorted out they might even be home owners.

Fuck, this Asshole agency is ripping them hard.
He hit a jack pot with my cousin.
He just took them to the used car dealer and have them buy a used 2016 Merc GLE for the price of brand new. I told them I would go with them today to shop, but the guy snatched them and brought to his buddy's place.
They paid $400 less than listed price when I looked it up.
And I built a brand new one from merc.ca with same options. Fucking same price as what they paid.
Its probably got a rebuilt title as well. Your cousin just got raped. We'd take sloppy 2nds if she doesn't have a cake face.

Funny thing I found about Ontario insurance today.
Got a quote through an online broker. - $2,700
Called to get it done, now he says $4,300
I ask why
Says Online quote doesn't recognize the 0 Year experience(Ontario driving record). It counts as 1 day.
So, I ask If they insure the car today, and get another quote tomorrow, what would that be?
He punches in and says $2,900
I say, ok. Insure the car today, we will call back and re insure tomorrow with that 1 day of ensured Ontario driving record.
He says, no, can't be done. Have to do it with another company and come back to them.
