Loc: Winning at exercise
Been doing some work on strength building these last few months. Got about a month left on this strength cycle before I move to a conditioning focus for the open. I've put on about 10lbs of body mass, but PR'd every single major lift (clean, snatch, squat, press) by 10# or more.
Even though I haven't been deadlifting heavy I went for a one rep today. Ended up at 525# which is a 10lb PR.
