Any tips on how to do this?
I know ZC911 and others have done so. Curious to know the approximate costs and what's involved. I found something interdasting in Alberta 
Charted out the course. Nope. 3500km to drive. Would rather ship

Insurance on it is a pain unless it is over 25 years old. Even with Haggarty
