You guys use chiropractors?
What do they normally charge?
I think you'll want to see a more legit doc if you've had a headache for 10 days!

Back in 2011, i hurt my lower back while lifting hockey gear and proceeded to play hockey that night.
It was so bad that that every 3 steps i took, i would stumble. But more importantly, i couldn't stand and pee. He made adjustments via the Activator method over a 2 month period and i was fine after. I have a whiplash on my neck from a hockey accident that gets aggravated maybe once a month due to Jiu jitsu. He basically fixes it, i'm good for a while until i get smashed in BJJ.
Check him out. located at Leslie / 16th (tell him you're Derek's friend, then you can make him do more adjustments or he would triple check problem areas for you lol)

My family doctor should have put one in last week.
Haven't got a call back from anyone.
if you can get the actual requisition with you then i can get the girl to squeeze you in somewhere (lol)

Where does it hurt? A few months back, I was getting pain at the back of my head. My doctor ruled out any big problems and said that it was muscular. I had a few massage therapy sessions and all is good now. It was my neck muscles that were really tight.

I never really liked RMT sessions, but i was leaving my old job soon and needed to use up my health benefits.
HOLY do massage sessions help with a TON of minor injuries, especially with the neck.
