I'm now looking at the december 3 CIM now --folsom to sacramento, the net downhill ~300' course that would be my pick for a BQ attempt if not next year the one after so might as well get used to it hehe
Not ideal timing as my remaining 'A' race for the year is the san jose half in oct 2, but I guess I could just start a 12 week block now with backing off for 2 weeks in front of SJ and thats a good compromise, but half specific 'speed' work until then at least. But I guess either way my mileage has to come up from ~20 mpw lol. Maybe I can do 30
