With shootproof you can set up different galleries for different events. The pics are watermarked to prevent "right-click, save as" and you can even make password protected private galleries.
As for sales, you can link to one of their 3 printing labs and build a price sheet, or you can use "Self fulfilled" and print them yourself or use your own lab and just take orders through the site. From there, customers place orders which you have to approve and release. The lab will print and ship to customer and send you the difference.
